Seeking a driven Zillow Flex Real Estate Agent to join a top-producing team.
Receive consistent, high-quality live tour requests and convert quickly using proven systems.
Benefit from ISA and admin support, structured processes, and ongoing coaching.
Respond promptly, conduct high-quality client consultations, and document thoroughly in CRM.
Aim to close 2–3 transactions per month within the first 90 days by maintaining urgency and accountability.
Full-time, on-site role in West Chester, PA with a flexible schedule and commission-based pay.
