The role
Respond quickly to new leads and schedule showings to move clients toward escrow fast.
Conduct consults, guide offers, and close deals with a proven playbook and momentum.
Maintain an organized pipeline using CRM and top-tier tech with daily training and accountability.
Receive 5–15 live Zillow Flex leads per month and opportunities to grow into listings and referrals.
Benefit from 1-on-1 mentorship with active top producers and comprehensive ops/marketing support.
This role is full-time, part-time, or contract, requiring licensing and a proactive, coachable mindset.
