The role
An AI Engineer at Pivotal in Manchester owns the data sources and structures feeding an AI platform for mortgage processing. They build and maintain data ingestion pipelines, assess and onboard new data sources, and manage knowledge organisation structures. The engineer also develops evaluation tools to measure answer accuracy, establishes data governance processes, and maintains comprehensive documentation and training for team members. Troubleshooting data issues and ensuring continuous improvement of AI answers form key responsibilities.
