The role
Oversee delivery as a Construction Manager for healthcare, education, and commercial D&B projects on-site in live environments. Coordinate subcontractors, drive on-site programmes, and ensure delivery to programme, budget, and quality standards. Manage variations, procure packages, and contribute to cost reviews with the PQS. Produce progress updates, snagging documentation, and regular site reports for clients and stakeholders. Lead site meetings, monitor drawings and specifications, and maintain programme momentum through proactive communication. Demonstrate strong organisation and commercial awareness, working independently and as part of a team, with occasional travel.
