The role
A Machine Learning Engineer is responsible for developing and deploying scalable machine learning models within a production environment, working closely with data scientists and software engineers. The role involves designing end-to-end workflows, automating processes using CI/CD, and building robust AI solutions, often utilising cloud platforms and containerisation. Candidates should possess strong Python programming skills and experience with cloud-native deployment, Docker, Kubernetes, and MLOps practices. The position requires excellent communication skills to liaise with technical and non-technical stakeholders and familiarity with Agile methodologies. Candidates with experience in generative AI, enterprise-scale MLOps, and regulated industries will find this role particularly suitable.
