The role
The traineeship programme aims to develop individuals into network engineers through comprehensive online training, practical experience, and official certification exams. Participants will undertake accredited courses from CompTIA, Microsoft, and Cisco, gaining industry-recognised knowledge via a digital learning platform. Hands-on experience is provided through modern virtual labs, ensuring practical skills are developed alongside theoretical learning. After completing the training and passing the exams, individuals are placed into entry-level IT technician roles where they gain the necessary industry experience. The programme offers flexible progress options to accommodate different circumstances, whether full-time, part-time, or unemployed. Upon obtaining two years of experience, trainees are prepared to advance into network engineering roles, with partnership opportunities available with large IT companies.
