The role
Serve as the primary point of contact for patients, welcoming them and guiding them through registration and encounter processing.
Perform accurate patient registration, data entry, billing charges, and daily reconciliations.
Verify insurance status and determine eligibility for programs (Medicaid, Medicare, CHIP) using TMHP and Availity.
Schedule appointments per protocol, manage no-shows, and maintain up-to-date demographics and financial records.
Support clinical teams with intake, outreach activities, and contribute to Quality Improvement and compliance efforts.
Display professionalism in appearance and attendance; bilingual English/Spanish preferred.
