The role
A construction consultancy seeks an experienced project manager to oversee multi-residential, educational, leisure, and commercial projects in Belfast. The role involves leading projects from inception to completion, ensuring timely delivery within budget and quality standards. The project manager acts as the main client contact, fostering strong relationships and supporting business development activities. They will coordinate communication between clients, consultants, and project teams at all stages of the projects. Candidates should have at least two years of project management experience in a construction or client-facing environment, with a relevant degree and either chartered status or working towards it.
