The role
Provide bilingual customer service to help customers access short-term financial solutions in-store.
Process transactions with accuracy, including check cashing, money transfers, and customer payments.
Build lasting customer relationships and identify personalized financial services to fit their lifestyle.
Enter and maintain customer information with precision in the POS system.
Maintain store appearance, security protocols, and comply with all policies and regulations.
Participate in ongoing training, community events, and maintain a full-time schedule, including weekends.
