The role
The IP Counsel, Americas provides support to protect and enforce a broad intellectual property portfolio across all product lines.
You will collaborate with business and legal teams and report to the Global Head of IP.
Responsibilities include identifying monetization opportunities, assisting with licensing strategies, and supporting enforcement efforts.
This role requires drafting and reviewing patent claims, conducting competitive analyses, and contributing to IP enforcement and litigation readiness.
You will help manage global patent and trademark strategies and participate in due diligence for M&A.
Strong communication, teamwork, and a willingness to learn are essential to implement IP policies and educate stakeholders.
