The role
Provide practical and timely legal guidance for global procurement and supply chain initiatives.
Draft, review, and negotiate procurement contracts including master service agreements, purchase orders, NDAs, and SaaS agreements.
Advise on supplier risk management, due diligence, and anti-bribery/compliance measures (FCPA).
Conduct legal research and help implement global procurement policies and contract management processes.
Collaborate with internal teams and outside counsel to ensure compliant contract execution and risk mitigation.
Develop and maintain compliance programs and stay current on laws affecting global procurement and supply chains.
