The role
As a Staff Pharmacist, you will ensure accurate prescription processing and timely responses to patient needs in a remote NY setting.
You will identify and resolve prescribing, formulary, and therapeutic issues, collaborating with healthcare providers to optimize outcomes.
Perform prospective drug utilization reviews (DUR) to uphold quality and safety standards.
Provide counseling and drug information for prescription and over-the-counter items, delivering excellent customer service.
Support inventory management and pharmacy operations while maintaining regulatory compliance.
Demonstrate resourcefulness and teamwork to improve processes and patient experiences.
