The role
You will define the core ML stack and long-term architecture for the first product.
Design end-to-end training pipelines from data collection to deployment, including evaluation, safety, and alignment.
Master frontier models (LLaMA, Mistral, Qwen, Claude-compatible) and develop novel architectures or adaptations.
Own scalable inference systems using vLLM, TensorRT-LLM, and DeepSpeed, with GPU optimization and latency targets.
Build data systems for high-quality synthetic and real-world training data; explore retrieval-augmented training, mixture-of-experts, and multimodal approaches.
Operate with a founder’s mindset: fast iteration, disciplined execution, and delivering impactful AI experiences while shaping product direction.
