The role
A Human Resources Manager is sought to oversee employee relations, payroll, pensions, and HR systems within an SME in Guiseley. The role involves ensuring compliance with UK employment law, managing sensitive cases, and leading HR projects such as policy development and training programmes. The successful candidate will have prior HR experience, strong knowledge of UK employment law and HR platforms like SAGE, and excellent communication and leadership skills. The position requires travel to the London office once a month and offers hybrid working arrangements. It is a full-time, permanent role with a salary range of £50,000 to £55,000 per year, based on skills and experience.
