The role
Manage and scale influencer portfolios, helping creators grow their audiences and monetize content.
Negotiate brand and label deals and develop data-driven content strategies.
Scout, sign, and onboard new talent to expand the roster.
Foster partnerships with brands and agencies to secure campaigns across TikTok and Instagram.
Operate remotely with flexible hours and uncapped commission earnings in a fast-paced environment.
Must possess strong communication, negotiation, autonomy, and a proactive, results-driven mindset.
