The role
Lead front-end architecture and design, delivering robust, accessible UI/UX that meets user needs and business goals.
Create and maintain technical design docs, wireframes, mockups, and UI specifications for PMO and stakeholders.
Develop and optimize GUI components, navigation, and performance with a focus on ease of use and consistency across user personas.
Collaborate in Agile environments to define requirements, perform testing, and verify operability against project standards.
Provide technical leadership across front-end projects, mentor teammates, and contribute to cloud-based DevSecOps workflows.
Requires active TS/SCI clearance; Bachelor's degree; 10+ years in software development and 5+ years in front-end; experience with UX tools (Sketch, InVision), Jira, and cloud/container environments.
