The role
Lead and support the delivery of capital transportation projects from concept through closeout.
Manage scope, schedule, and budget, pursue grant funding, and procure consultants to support project delivery.
Oversee design development, environmental review, and rights-of-way coordination with agencies.
Administer contracts, bid advertising, and supervise construction to ensure quality and timeliness.
Focus on roadway safety, active transportation, intersections, bridges, and accessibility improvements.
Collaborate across divisions, provide technical leadership, and solve problems to advance mobility goals.
