The role
A Mechanical Supervisor oversees mechanical installation works on site, ensuring safety, efficiency, and quality standards are maintained. The role involves supervising installation teams, coordinating site activities, and working closely with project management and engineering teams. Candidates should have proven supervisory experience, strong mechanical fitting skills, and knowledge of pipework, valves, pumps, steelwork, and mechanical equipment. Familiarity with reading engineering drawings and understanding site health & safety requirements is essential. This position requires excellent communication and leadership skills, a proactive attitude, and a full UK driving licence. The role is hands-on, with responsibilities including leading from the front and ensuring project delivery.
