The role
The Area Event Planning (Catering) Manager oversees group events and catering across three properties in the Seattle area.
Coordinate sales agreements, specify food, beverage, and audio/visual requirements, and manage room blocks.
Serve as the primary on-site contact to ensure flawless event execution and guest satisfaction.
Act as the liaison between Meeting Planners and hotel departments, ensuring seamless communication and scheduling.
Oversee pick-up timelines, billing, and final event reviews while handling multiple events with precision.
This is a salaried role with eligibility for a sales incentive plan based on performance, requiring strong organization and proactive problem-solving.
