The role
Own the design, development, and maintenance of GenAI-centric front-end applications and components deployed across the firm.
Drive continuous improvement using the latest technologies and modern software development methodologies.
Collaborate closely with other technology teams to promote UI best practices and cross-team initiatives.
Ensure front-end components scale and perform efficiently under growing user demand and data volumes.
Conduct code reviews, mentor junior developers, and uphold coding standards for quality and innovation.
Implement robust testing strategies (unit and integration) and maintain comprehensive documentation for onboarding.
