The role
A paralegal in this role assists fee earners with social care document reviews and manages complex caseloads related to public and employer liability claims. The position involves general case management, legal research, drafting statements and reports, and preparing cases for court hearings. The role requires strong communication, drafting, influencing, and organisational skills, alongside IT proficiency. A good understanding of EL/PL, Highways, and Social Care law is essential, with experience handling own casualty caseloads. Compliance with policies, deadlines, and technical legal procedures such as CPR is also expected.
