The role
Design and optimize network and facility layouts for contract packaging and distribution sites.
Propose automation and storage solutions to improve throughput and reduce labor.
Conduct time studies, establish productivity standards, and perform ROI analyses for capital investments.
Develop pricing estimates and cost models for new opportunities in collaboration with Finance/Sales.
Create and maintain dashboards and reports using Excel, SQL, and BI tools to track KPIs and drive continuous improvement.
Collaborate with operations, engineering, and customers; manage vendor selection and end-to-end project delivery; on-site with relocation required in Somerset, NJ or Kenosha, WI, travel up to 25–50% across sites depending on project needs.
