The role
A part-time cook is sought to prepare and cook nutritious, homemade meals and traditional desserts for residents in a care home in Bristol. The role involves creating varied menus to meet dietary needs and providing a warm dining experience. High standards of food hygiene, cleanliness, and safety are essential. The successful candidate enjoys cooking from scratch, baking, and engaging with older people, and works well within a team. Previous catering experience is desirable but not required, as a genuine passion for cooking is valued. The role supports making mealtimes a homely and comforting experience for residents.
