The role
A senior conflicts lawyer is responsible for overseeing conflict management processes and policies within a law firm, ensuring compliance with international and US regulations. They review, improve, and implement conflict procedures and act as a key advisor and escalation point for complex queries. The role involves leading internal investigations, advising on conflict clauses, and developing conflict management technology and training programmes. Candidates should be qualified lawyers with over five years' experience in conflicts management, familiar with SRA conflict rules, and capable of providing solutions for international firms. Knowledge of international conflicts regulations is highly desirable, along with strong advisory skills for global operations.
