The role
The Manufacturing Engineer supports the optimisation of CNC machining processes across milling, turning and multi‑axis environments, utilising CAD/CAM expertise and process-driven skills. Responsibilities include developing and troubleshooting CNC programs, supporting machine setup, and improving machining strategies to enhance accuracy and efficiency. The role involves working with advanced CAD/CAM platforms, applying digital manufacturing tools and engineering judgement to solve machining challenges. Collaboration with internal teams and external suppliers is key to delivering technical solutions and process improvements. Candidates should possess experience in CAD/CAM programming, machining fundamentals and problem-solving skills to address manufacturing issues and optimise performance.
