Account Manager - Paving & Sitework

Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts and build long-term client relationships with property managers, municipalities, and general contractors. Proactively identify upcoming work within existing accounts, conduct site visits to measure and map work areas, and develop clear scopes of work to support estimating. Present proposals, follow up, and close awarded projects, ensuring scope alignment with customers prior to crew arrival. Coordinate with estimating and operations for smooth handoffs, participate in pre-job site walks, and track activity in the CRM (Method CRM or similar). Resolve issues quickly to protect long-term relationships.
