The role
Lead electrical engineering efforts for mission-critical data center projects, focusing on commissioning, audits, and operational optimization.
Evaluate live facility operations, perform root cause analyses, and guide corrective actions to improve efficiency and reliability.
Oversee commissioning management, define deliverables and testing rigor, and coordinate with contractors and commissioning agents.
Mentor engineers and operations staff, develop design standards, and ensure quality across design, construction, and O&M deliverables.
Travel to project sites as needed (approximately 30-50%), communicate clearly with clients and teams, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of electrical systems and monitoring tools to support ongoing data center resilience and performance.
