The role
This on-site HR role provides HR and employment law support to a diverse range of stakeholders.
You will manage disciplinary and grievance processes, support investigations, and handle appeals.
Deliver policy guidance, ensure compliant case handling, and maintain accurate HR documentation.
Collaborate with the HR team to drive employee relations initiatives and issue resolution.
Support absence management, data protection compliance, and HR projects across the business.
Strong communication, advisory capabilities, and practical HR experience are essential.
