The role
Lead Last Mile initiatives to ensure a best-in-class delivery experience across order shipping, transportation, and invoicing.
Collaborate cross-functionally to identify root causes, track issues, and present actionable insights to leadership.
Monitor 5+ parcel carrier networks for on-time delivery, SLA adherence, and continuous improvement in speed, service, and cost.
Own weekly carrier performance reporting, volume forecasts, and coordinate cross-functional projects with Fulfillment Centers, Retail, IT, and Accounting.
Manage carrier relationships, process claims, audit parcel invoices against contracts, and oversee day-to-day 3PL operations.
Lead basic cross-functional initiatives and coach junior teammates, leveraging data analytics and rate methodologies to drive improvement.
