The role
Lead continuous improvement across distribution centers by applying LEAN and engineering practices to boost productivity, quality, and service.
Identify and drive process improvements via standard analysis, benchmarks, and best practices to balance cost, speed, and output.
Educate and influence operational leaders to implement performance metrics and sustain improvements.
Research industry practices and translate them into actionable projects across DC design, process flow, and material handling systems.
Foster cross-functional collaboration, resolve issues, and develop plans with stakeholders to meet business objectives and customer service goals.
Manage projects within your area of expertise, ensuring quality, timely delivery, and alignment with program strategies.
