Lead the development of GenAI-driven ad creative platforms, focusing on scalable AI-powered video editing and automated image/video generation.
Drive end-to-end systems for multimodal content, including multilingual scripting, clip recommendation, AI dubbing, and auto video enhancement.
Stay ahead of AI trends, rapidly integrating state-of-the-art multimodal and generative models to continuously optimize creative products.
Collaborate across global teams to translate business needs into impactful AI solutions and reliable software infrastructure.
Implement adaptive methods such as prompt engineering, RAG-based strategies, and fine-tuning to boost creative quality and effectiveness.
Lead a high-performing team, mentoring engineers and delivering scalable solutions that empower advertisers, creators, and partners.
