The role
The role involves developing a governance platform for risk teams, focusing on data management, control validation, auditability, governance analytics, and regulatory readiness. Responsibilities include setting KPIs, roadmap ownership, and collaborating with engineering, data science, compliance, and audit teams. The ideal candidate will have over three years of product management experience, especially in platform, governance, or B2B SaaS products. A solid understanding of regulated markets, data governance concepts, and stakeholder management is essential. Knowledge of fraud, AML, KYC, or control assurance in financial services is advantageous, alongside experience in scaling products across multiple teams. They will translate complex requirements into scalable solutions, maintaining simplicity and efficiency in governance processes.
