The role
Lead architecture, modernization, and scaling of the organization's enterprise data platform, bridging SQL Server with Hadoop and Databricks.
Design hybrid data pipelines to enable near real-time analytics and AI-ready data access across legacy and modern ecosystems.
Develop scalable ETL/ELT pipelines with Spark, Kafka, Airflow, and Delta Lake; support RAG pipelines and AI data provisioning.
Guide junior engineers, optimize SQL Server models, ensure HA, security, governance, and data quality across platforms.
Collaborate with ML teams and product stakeholders to enable AI-driven insights and intelligent data orchestration.
Hybrid in-office role with 5-10% travel; emphasis on governance, cross-functional collaboration, and delivery excellence.
