The role

Director of Maintenance: Drive strategic reliability, asset performance, and cost efficiency across maintenance disciplines at an integrated pulp and paper mill. Lead maintenance team, implement lean principles, and foster a culture of continuous improvement. Develop and implement maintenance strategies, oversee reliability-centered maintenance, and ensure regulatory compliance.
