The role

Lead architecture, development, and validation of learned behavior models for highway and freight-truck autonomy.
Define data strategies to collect, label, and curate large behavior datasets from in-vehicle, simulation, and fleet logs.
Build scalable training pipelines and tooling to move from prototype to production deployment of behavior models.
Design metrics, analyze model behavior, diagnose failure modes, and drive continuous improvement in simulation and on-vehicle.
Collaborate with simulation, scenario, and validation teams to ensure robust coverage across operational design domains (ODDs).
Mentor mid- and senior-level ML engineers and set technical direction for learned-behavior engineering across the team.
