The role
Lead and grow teams of scientists and engineers focused on computer vision, sensor fusion, and ML. Architect and scale hybrid cloud-edge ML solutions with end-to-end model lifecycle, from data curation to deployment and monitoring. Drive the roadmap for AI products, delivering real-time safety insights and low-latency in-cab detections. Collaborate with firmware, full-stack, and platform teams to ground detections to rules of the road for higher precision. Foster an inclusive, high-performing team culture aligned with customer success and long-term growth. Hire, mentor, and develop top talent while delivering measurable customer impact.
