The role
Lead Java Backend Developer responsible for guiding backend initiatives and delivering scalable, high-performance services.
Design, develop, and maintain backend services using Java, Spring Boot, and a Microservices architecture.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define technical solutions and ensure robust database integration with SQL/NoSQL.
Partner with DevOps to optimize CI/CD pipelines and cloud deployments (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
Troubleshoot performance issues and drive improvements for scalability and efficiency.
Requirements include 10+ years in Java backend, expertise in Spring Boot, Microservices, multithreading REST APIs, cloud technologies, and strong leadership plus communication.
