The role
Lead a client-focused customer service function within vending operations to meet or exceed expectations.
Coordinate site visits, assist with grand openings, and support branches during launches.
Ensure compliance with local and national standards; monitor reporting and corporate compliance.
Drive improvements in client retention and overall experience through audits and performance reviews.
Perform route driver duties as needed, including delivering products and maintaining equipment.
Collaborate across teams to uphold merchandising standards and deliver world-class service.
