The role
The role involves analysing and optimising manufacturing processes, leading continuous improvement initiatives with Lean and Six Sigma methodologies, and supporting the implementation of SAP S/4HANA systems. The candidate will collaborate with various departments to improve operational performance, support new product introductions, and promote best practices within the organisation. Skills in process mapping, data analysis, and stakeholder engagement are essential, alongside technical knowledge of manufacturing data systems and methodologies. The position involves on-site work in Wilmslow and requires a proactive approach to process improvement and system integration.
