The role
The HR & Engagement Specialist supports generalist HR activities and develops colleague programs related to engagement, inclusion, and diversity at a Liverpool site. They collaborate with various departments to enhance employee experience and manage engagement surveys, data analytics, and cultural change initiatives. The role involves building community links, driving social responsibility projects, and embedding values and behaviours aligned with the organisation's vision. They provide HR support and coaching to managers, manage communication, and support talent attraction and onboarding processes. Knowledge of employee relations issues, HR systems, and policies is essential to succeed in this role.
