The role
A qualified plumber is sought to perform planned and reactive maintenance tasks at a secure site in Warrington, ensuring safety, compliance, and operational efficiency. Responsibilities include repairing mains water systems, fault finding, inspecting, and reporting deteriorating equipment. Candidates should hold NVQ Level 2 in Plumbing & Heating and possess experience in maintenance, ideally within commercial or facilities management. A full UK driving licence and basic water hygiene knowledge are required, with training available.
