The role
Engage at the intersection of machine learning and advanced analytics to help create innovative products that enhance customer experiences.
Work hands-on with complex, noisy datasets to derive actionable insights and explain black-box models using interpretability methods.
Design and analyze rigorous experiments and observational studies with statistical inference, including confidence intervals, power analysis, and hypothesis testing.
Benchmark models under data and operational constraints, select ML methods, and evaluate using robust metrics and diagnostic analyses for production-readiness.
Deliver end-to-end analyses with goal-driven metrics, clear reporting (tables, dashboards, visualizations), and actionable recommendations.
Collaborate with cross-functional domain experts, investigate data integrity issues, and develop production-quality Python/SQL analytics pipelines.
