The role
The electrical test and inspection engineer is responsible for performing electrical inspections, testing, and remedial works in domestic and communal settings for various clients. They must ensure all activities meet health and safety legislation, current electrical standards, and company procedures. The role requires accurate risk assessments, efficient fault finding, and the completion of electronic reports. Candidates should have proven experience in electrical testing, strong regulatory knowledge, and excellent communication skills. Competence with electronic reporting tools and a valid NVQ Level 3 in Electrical Installation are essential.
