The role
This role involves providing face-to-face or remote interpreting services for public sector and private organisations, including NHS, social services, and local authorities. The position requires professional and qualified interpreters with relevant experience, who can supply an enhanced DBS certificate. Interpreters will manage their own tax and National Insurance contributions as self-employed individuals. The job offers opportunities for further training and development along with flexible work arrangements. Skills in a variety of languages such as Arabic, Bengali, Chinese, Kurdish, and more are in high demand. Technical familiarity with interpreting platforms and excellent communication skills are essential.
