The role
Lead design, development, and deployment of scalable AI and ML systems across cloud and on-prem environments to meet business needs.
Build and optimize data pipelines, storage, and feature stores to ensure data quality and efficient training.
Partner with clients and cross-functional teams to translate business goals into practical AI strategies and solutions.
Implement and monitor ML workflows, MLOps practices, model retraining, evaluation, and production-ready performance monitoring.
Guide teammates, communicate complex results clearly, and manage projects with Agile, DevOps, and strong stakeholder engagement.
Travel as needed to collaborate with clients and deliver outcomes in dynamic, fast-paced engagements.
