1:1 School Nurse RN

Provide professional nursing services to students in a 1:1 setting in accordance with NYS Nursing Standards. Identify and assess students' health needs, implementing services and immediate care as required. Plan, implement, and evaluate individualized care plans to support student learning, safety, and wellbeing. Collaborate with school staff, families, and external providers to coordinate health services and referrals. Maintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance with licensing, privacy, and school policies. Flexible full-time or part-time schedules with 1:1 patient ratio; start ASAP; training provided.
