The role
Provide direct patient care as a school nurse in NYC, delivering professional nursing services in accordance with NYS standards.
Conduct health assessments, identify student health needs, and implement targeted interventions.
Manage 1:1 student care plans and continuously evaluate outcomes to support learning and safety.
Coordinate referrals, administer medications per policy, and maintain accurate documentation.
Uphold infection control practices and maintain comprehensive health records through ongoing training.
