The role
A Business Analyst Specialist is responsible for supporting collateral management platforms such as Colline and related systems within a major financial institution in Toronto. The role involves gathering and analysing business and technical requirements, documenting workflows, and facilitating communication between technical teams and business stakeholders. The analyst ensures platform stability, implements system enhancements, manages vendor relationships, and supports regulatory and operational changes. Candidates should have extensive experience in market practices related to collateral management and capital markets environments, along with proficiency in data analysis and documentation. Knowledge of Agile, SDLC, JIRA, and process optimisation is highly desirable.
