The role
An IT Infrastructure Support Specialist provides technical support for servers, networks, storage, and virtual environments across multiple sites. Responsibilities include monitoring infrastructure performance, supporting upgrades and deployments, and maintaining security practices. Candidates should possess strong troubleshooting skills and experience with infrastructure technologies, along with the ability to support disaster recovery and perform system updates. The role involves working alongside the Digital Technology team to deliver infrastructure projects and improve system reliability and security. Technical documentation, vendor liaison, and support for continuous improvement initiatives are also key duties. This position offers an opportunity to develop technical skills and contribute to critical infrastructure management within a collaborative team environment.
