The role
A Machine Learning Engineer is responsible for developing and deploying scalable machine learning systems, collaborating across teams to ensure technical feasibility and timely delivery. They build production-grade ML software, infrastructure, and reusable solutions to accelerate deployment. Candidates should have experience with frameworks like Scikit-learn, TensorFlow, or PyTorch, and possess strong Python and software engineering skills. Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP, and container tools like Docker and Kubernetes is essential. They should be able to communicate complex ML concepts effectively to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
